01Who we are

OMI Solutions is an independent engineering studio based in Morocco, focused on custom software, AI workflows, automation, and infrastructure. References to "the studio", "we", "us", or "I" mean OMI Solutions. References to "you" mean the person or entity accessing the site.

02Acceptance and eligibility

By using this site you confirm that you are able to form a binding agreement and that you will use the site in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. If you use the site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

03Changes to the site and Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the current version, with its effective date, is always posted on this page. Continued use of the site after a change means the updated Terms apply.

04Acceptable use

You may browse and share this site freely for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

Third-party names, trademarks, and technologies mentioned on the site (such as frameworks, tools, and platforms) belong to their respective owners and are referenced for descriptive purposes only, without any claim of affiliation or endorsement.

06Project descriptions and no reliance

Work described on this site is presented truthfully but in summary form. Private projects are described without exposing confidential details, and any metrics reflect the state of the work at the time of publication. These descriptions are informational only. They are not an offer, quotation, warranty, or guarantee of any particular outcome, and you should not rely on them as a promise of results for your own project.

07No client relationship from the site

Visiting the site or contacting the studio through it does not, by itself, create a client, advisory, or fiduciary relationship. Any engagement — including scope, deliverables, fees, timelines, confidentiality, intellectual-property ownership, warranties, and data processing — is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. In the event of a conflict between that agreement and these Terms, the signed agreement controls for the engagement.

08Third-party links and services

The site may link to external services such as GitHub, LinkedIn, or an email provider. Those services are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or conduct. Following external links is at your own discretion.

09Privacy

Your use of the site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, and protected. By using the site, you acknowledge that policy.

12Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OMI Solutions from any claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising out of your misuse of the site or your breach of these Terms or of applicable law.

13Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to this website that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Morocco, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.

14General

• Severability. if any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
• No waiver. our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of it.
• Assignment. you may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganization or transfer.
• Entire agreement. together with the Privacy Policy, these Terms are the entire agreement between you and the studio regarding the website.
